History of the Phytness Program
The Phytness Program began 15 years ago when Wendall Hughes started training clients at
home.
The company at that time was called Wendall's Personal Training.
As the clientele grew, trainers joined Wendall and implemented the Phytness Program
which includes:
- weight training
- cardiovascular conditioning
- nutritional counseling
- motivation
- and support
Philosophy
Phytness stands for Physical Fitness. We are
focused on delivering personal and professional health and fitness training and
motivation.
We do not offer diets or quick fixes, rather, we make your lifestyle more fit and active.
